Born in Zurich, I grew up for periods of my life in England, Paris and New York\/Boston. Professionally, I am a lawyer. I advise companies primarily on private commercial, contract and corporate matters, but with a particular focus on <em>technology, intellectual property, data\/cybersecurity<\/em>. I also litigate private contract disputes before courts (work, service, rental contracts and disputes among technology and infrastructure providers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since my studies, doctorate and further education in Zurich and New York, I have worked for many years in these fields of law. I follow technological and social developments with great personal interest, beyond the purely legal perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is my personal website.
